I found yoga about 15 years ago and found – not right away though – that there was something important there. Something that was good for me. It added something to my life and body that I did not get from anything else. I am glad I stuck to it, it has made a big difference on my life!
My curiosity is my biggest motivation and I continue to educate myself in the topics of yoga and the body. Gary Carter is one of my teachers who shares my interest in anatomy and movement. And, I also get a lot of information about the body and movement from my profession as a Rolfer. My style of yoga is colored by evertyhing I have learned about the body so far. So regardless if you come to me for excersise, yoga or a Rolfing session, my language will be the same. My goal will be the same; to have you move freeer with less effort and less pain.
